וַתְּהִי הָאֱמֶת נֶעְדֶּרֶת וְסָר מֵרָע מִשְׁתּוֹלֵל וַיַּרְא יְהוָה וַיֵּרַע בְּעֵינָיו כִּי אֵין מִשְׁפָּט.
ישעיהו נט, טו.

And truth is lacking, and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey. And the LORD saw it, and it displeased Him.
